The summer of 2010 has been reasonably quiet for Toronto massage parlours. Bylaw has been busy photographing every room of the holistic spas. There was a armed robbery at Yonge and Eglinton but that happened in September on a cold day, not really summer. Although councillor Giorgio Mammoliti is a big opponent of massage parlours, the topic never really cam eup in the mayoral campaign.
